How to use the New Brunswick disposal hub
This New Brunswick hub currently links to 13 researched community guides, including Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John. Waste services are local: a sofa, mattress, appliance, renovation load or household hazardous item can follow a different route depending on the community's current collection program, transfer facility, landfill or special-waste system. The province or territory page is therefore a directory, not a substitute for the local guide.
In New Brunswick, local or regional waste organizations may publish different schedules, facilities and item restrictions, so the community guide is the safer starting point. Open the community page before loading a vehicle or booking a hauler. Check whether the item is accepted curbside, requires a special pickup, belongs at a staffed facility, or needs a separate depot or stewardship route. Fees, hours and accepted materials can change. If your community is not listed, use the local government or regional waste authority directly rather than applying a nearby city's rule.
