How to dispose of common items in Moncton
Mattress and box-spring disposal
Eco360's mattress recycling program directs mattresses and box springs to its facility or a Mobile Eco-Depot rather than curbside set-out. Confirm the current depot or facility instructions before transporting them.
Couches and large furniture
Furniture may be accepted through a Mobile Eco-Depot or another approved disposal option, subject to event limits. Reusable furniture should be pre-approved by the receiving organization.
Fridges, freezers and appliances
Appliances, electronics and refrigerant units are separated from ordinary waste. Eco360's guide identifies the proper depot or stewardship program.
Drywall and renovation debris
Construction and demolition material has its own facility rules and is not regular curbside bag waste. Sort wood, drywall, metal and hazardous products.
