Appliances and special items
White goods use a separate paid curbside pickup category, with a higher fee for Freon-containing appliances.

Mattress and box-spring disposal
Mattresses and box springs can be booked as large-furniture curbside pickups. They have not been accepted at the Thurlow landfill since 2023.
