When paid removal is worth it
Private removal usually makes the most sense when you lack a suitable vehicle, cannot safely carry the item, need same-day or scheduled service, or have enough mixed material that multiple DIY trips would consume most of a day.

Can I leave it beside an apartment dumpster?
Do not assume so. Large items placed beside shared bins can become illegal dumping or the property owner’s responsibility. Follow the building and municipal rules.
Can a junk company take everything?
No. Hazardous, regulated or unusually heavy material may be excluded or handled separately. Describe questionable items before booking.
Should I donate first?
Yes when the item is clean, safe and actually useful. Donation is not a disposal shortcut for damaged or unsanitary material.
